Memo: Company Picnic Features Abdul & The Blue Notes

This is just to let you know that there will be a COMPANY PICNIC at moosebusiness.com, Wednesday at 3 pm at Martin Luther King park and cemetery.
Alexander Flanderbus, Public Relations director and cafeteria manager, scheduled the picnic along with the following events.
- Puppet race. Hand puppets shall race once around the park and the winner gets free lint removal.
- Jack rabbit impressions. Last year, Arnie Shapiro won and took home a limited edition of Buggs Bunny cartoons.
- Lemon-spitting contest. How far can you spit a whole lemon? In last year’s competition, Little Eddie Needermeyer nearly lost his life when he inhaled and a lemon was caught in his throat. To prevent this from happening at this year’s picnic, no lemon smaller than grapefruit may be used.
- Onion slide. A truckload of cooked onions will be dumped in the park and participants will be encouraged to take a running start at the pile then slide through. All participants in this event are encouraged not to come into work for the next day.
Exciting Addition: This year (see photo) we will have back Abdul and the Blue Notes, plus the amazing Malena Bordena Tango Dance Team. Abdul and his musicians will be returning in their red truck and here are some of their songs: Gonna Take Me Home, Mississippi Mama Take Me Home, Take Me Home Loretta, and I’d Love You If You’d Take Me Back Home. Be prepared for some standing ovations! We are printing flyers to disseminate in the cafeteria.
Please dress appropriately. Spouses are invited as well. Children under the age of 7 are suggested to be leashed. Dogs may not come with
spouses.

park ranger at the park to shoo away any stray animals or homeless people.
